I would highly recommend the Signature as a base level. This will give you the opportunity to have a hands on session with Sophie to learn more technical aspects of photography. Think of this as a mini workshop! In the Immersive package, you will have more of a hands on experience, with the opportunity to shadow Sophie on a photoshoot, where you can ask any questions and get more technical camera support.
